About The Luc Cochran Foundation

Welcome to The Luc Cochran Foundation (TLCF), where we believe in the transformative power of education, mentorship, and opportunity. Founded with a passion for helping young people unlock their full potential, TLCF is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Henry County, Georgia, with a mission to empower youth in Atlanta and beyond to thrive academically, socially, and personally.

Our Mission

At TLCF, our mission is to create a supportive and enriching environment where young people can access the tools, resources, and encouragement they need to succeed. Through innovative programs, dedicated mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences, we strive to make quality education and personal growth opportunities accessible to all.

Our Vision

We envision a world where every young person has the confidence and resources to pursue their dreams, overcome obstacles, and make meaningful contributions to their communities. Our vision is to bridge the gap between potential and achievement, ensuring that no young person is left behind due to barriers like financial hardship or lack of access to quality education.

What We Do

Since our founding, TLCF has impacted the lives of over 150 youth and continues to expand our reach through a variety of programs and initiatives designed to meet the unique needs of the communities we serve.

  • Academic Allies Tutoring Services: Providing personalized, in-person tutoring sessions to help students excel academically.

  • AchieveMore Rewards Program: Motivating students through a reward-based system that recognizes and celebrates their achievements.

  • Job Readiness Programs: Equipping youth with the skills and confidence needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market.

  • Mentorship & Scholarships: Offering one-on-one guidance and financial support to remove barriers to success.

Our Core Values

  1. Education as a Right, Not a Privilege: We believe everyone deserves access to quality education, regardless of their circumstances.

  2. Equity & Inclusion: We are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusivity, and respect.

  3. Empowerment Through Support: By nurturing individual potential, we empower youth to take charge of their future.

  4. Community Collaboration: Together, we can achieve more. TLCF works closely with local businesses, schools, and organizations to strengthen our impact.

Our Approach

The Luc Cochran Foundation focuses on building long-term relationships with the youth and families we serve. Through a comprehensive, personalized approach, we address each individual's unique challenges and goals, tailoring our programs to ensure maximum impact.
