Root & Rise Café is a social enterprise powered by The Luc Cochran Foundation — a full-service coffee and community café designed to train and employ youth ages 16–24 through our Job Readiness and Life Skills Program.
We create a space where opportunity is served daily: in every brewed cup, every customer interaction, and every youth who rises through our program.

Root & Rise Café is a conceptual initiative fully created, managed, and overseen by The Luc Cochran Foundation. As of this writing, the café does not yet exist as an operational business or physical location. This document reflects a vision for future development and funding opportunities.
