Root & Rise Café is a powerful social enterprise, born from the unwavering mission of The Luc Cochran Foundation to cultivate opportunity and build a stronger community. Our ultimate vision is to create a dynamic, full-service coffee and community café – a place where not only is delicious coffee served, but where generations of trained youth pay it forward by mentoring the next cohort of young talent. This future café will be the heart of our comprehensive Job Readiness and Life Skills Program, empowering youth ages 16–24. 

While that inspiring brick-and-mortar space awaits the necessary funding to become a reality, the spirit of the mission is alive and brewing strong today. Support for the journey is available through online purchases.

Every purchase of merchandise and coffee helps fund the ongoing efforts. This provides the vital support needed for the program's development, laying the groundwork for the future café, and enabling preparation to offer essential training, mentorship, and paid internships that will truly transform young lives in the community.
